This asian themed Restaurant is the perfect build for that small chinatown scene or city area. It is low prim, and if you need anything fixed, do not hesitate to ask.
Some Furniture may be Non-Modifiable due to the scripts but the build is Copy, Mod, No Transfer

The NPC's a little creepy looking, but other than that the whole build is nice, and perfect for low effort population of a city build.
