This rental box has fast pay so when some one clicks to pay they get option of 1 to 4 weeks of your set price:) so if your price is 30 the options are 30, 60, 90, or 120
I have made this rent system as user friendly as can be, with full step by step instructions in box. Easy rent is as EASY as it sounds it is note card configured so all you have to do is fill in the values such as price,primcount,manager,split partner if needed and even how high to send box up once it has been rented. This is a copy box so if you have multiple properties not a problem, It has a prim counter in the box to so tenants can check their prims with ease you can rez 1 for all tenants to use so saves on prims, im all for making peoples sl easier and easy rent dose just that.

TPS ARE OFFERED WHEN RENT LOW SO TENANTS CAN TP STRAIGHT TO THEIR RENT BOX TO TOP UP, ALSO OWNER TP OFFERED TO CHECK PROPERTIES WHEN RENTED AND CLEAR OUT WHEN RENT EXPIRED.

Item does what it says it will. Only issue....I can't change the texture :( It will accept the new texture, but the minute a unit is rented, it changes back to the original. Otherwise...awesome product for small ventures where you don't need a huge/web based system.
why need permission to grab my lindens ?
why it asks permission to grab your all lindens if they want ? I can not reset or use other options, if i don't want to give such rights to anyone.
Why spend over 10 times as much?
This fantastic little box does what it is supposed to do in a reliable, uncomplicated way. Unless you have hundreds of rented spaces to control, Easy Rent is more than enough. No point in spending almost 2000 L$ on features you don't need. Simple, concise instructions, very easy setup. Thank you, Conrad Creations!

it works, it's not a scam, and it's not an opensource glitchy code. I'm currently using it without any problem.
Also I bought it two times because of a misclick and i got my refund ina couple of days.
