The plugin is separated in two parts that are working together. First is a renamer that will make sure the wearer is using a new name, the second being a limitation on when the wearer is allowed to speak in local. To be allowed to speak, somebody other than the wearer must speak their name, display name or renamed name in local. Configurable in many ways (time allowed to talk, new renamed name, what name allow the wearer to talk and when to activate the renamer or the speech restriction).
