Nice Veil...
It says modify, and yes you can, prim by prim, but you cannot delete any portions of it, or resize the flowers at all unless you want to do it leaf by leaf...I wanted to size the flowers down a bit. other than that the veil is very pretty if you like big flowers on your head...
