Good for the cheap price, but...
Mesh LOD is pretty low, you need to turn your graphics pretty high or you'll see LOD popping all over the place all the time.
Otherwise it looks pretty decent, mostly bought it as a photography backdrop, so it does that job, though I'm not so sure if I'd want to live here with all the LOD popping.
