The best for my eyes!

It is hard to leave a review when it comes to makeup, because no two avies are the same. While one item may be perfect for someone, it may look like crap to another. So I would share why this item works for my avie: I wear Genus Head + *YS&YS* skin. That's it. This eyeliner has that blurry spot in the center, which gives my eyes that "eyeshadowed" effect, neutralizing that harsh black eyelids when I look down. Therefore, cat eyes AND delicate shadows are both achieved.
