Make yourself at home, Japanese Style! With the ER Japanese House!

It always starts this way. I was looking for something I wanted, and I couldn't find anything that really appealed to me, so I made my own. In this case, I was looking for a new house. Something with Japanese styling, but with a more modern feel. A house with room to socialize, and maybe room for a hot tub to soak the stress away. I couldn't find it.. so I built it!

The ER Japanese House is a Japanese-styled prefab house with room to breathe. Designed with a 1024 parcel in mind, the house has a footprint of 16m x 26.5m. Two main rooms define the space, dividing it into a living room and bedroom, with a quiet entryway, complete with a bench to sit on while you remove your shoes! Ample closets accent the rooms, and a built-in hot tub is included which seats up to 6 avatars, with multiple animations for both male and female avatars.

Dotted throughout the house are tintable lamps of varying sizes, which can be easily changed to any color of light that suits your fancy. Large windows and Shoji doorways allow you to let in the air and sun, while the locking doors and windows allow for added privacy when you need it... and modders will love the sculpted wood framing that makes retexturing the house easy as pie.
