This is a part I made for myself to enhance bases without parts so I can still wear my favorite bases and switch it up. Also included is a tintable swirl pattern to add and use with any base. When people started asking for it I decided to share it with you all. I hope you enjoy as it's my first attempt. Remember this is JUST THE PART I did not create the base itself.
