Eagle Familiar:
He is a lot more than just a shoulder pet, he flys and attacks and more.
Eagle Familiar is great for sorcerers, sorceresses or anyone who wants to have a friend with them.
The Eagle is animated and interacts in chats and has sound too. Plus the Eagle has sharp claws and beak, he can fly and attack on command.
There are many shoulder pets out there that cost over 200L$ that do little more than sit on your shoulder. There are some costing 300 or 400L$ or more that are animated and interact. The ones that can fly and attack an avatar cost 650 to over 1000L$. The Eagle Familiar does it all for such a small price, before you buy have a good look what the Eagle Familiar does and what the other Hawks/Eagle/Falcons can do. You will see there is only one choice.
Inside the box you will find the following:
1) Eagle - Just "Wear"
2) Eagle Familiar HUD - Just "Wear", do NOT use "Attach to HUD" as this may cause the HUD not to be seen.
3) Instructions
The Eagle Familiar sits on your shoulder, moves his head and tail feathers. He will also make a sound (call) and make comments in chat when touched by you or a friend. He will also interact in chat from other avatars (but will not react to chat from you). Some words the he will respond to are:
smiles, laughing, bye, hello, hi, lol, sl, magic , eagle and also a few secret ones too .
You can also give him a name that appears above his head. To do this just type in chat, "/9 name Eagle". The name, "Eagle" will now appear above his head. To name him Bob type in chat."/9 name Bob".
When he flies the name will disappear and will need to be redone to get the name back.
If you click on the "Fly/attack" symbol on the HUD, he will disappear from your shoulder and fly above your head squarking now and again flapping wings. You will see a menu with a list of nearby avatar in that Sim pop up (he will attack Sim Wide) on your right. If you ignore the menu he will fly around for one minute. If you choose an avatar to attack , he will follow and push the avatar up and down and kill the avatar in LL damage land. His claws are sharp so the avatar will lose a little blood (evil laugh). After a minute he will return to your shoulder.
The Eagle sits on your shoulder and due to different size avatars will need some editing, just right click on him and choose "Edit". Then click on the arrows and drag him into place. The default position is on the left pec, as this gives a more natural look.

This is Truely one of my favorite and magnifisent creatures I love and endure its stands for many things and it makes me proud to be who I am and to have such a pet is an honor. To hunt its pray and survive is relentless. Guess whos for dinner :o)

I several familiars and a good number of huds purchased from Legend. The Eagle Familiar has the same quality that everything else he makes has top quality. This Familiar is great. He talks in chat.
He flies , he lands back on my shoulder, and he will attack on command. oh and talk about awesome looking on my shoulder, thank you once again Legend for another quality product to help make my sl fun. Eagle Familiar
This pet is one of the best pets I have in Second Life. This one Talks with others as they laugh and say hello and good bye. Its fun to watch my friends interact. When I want him to fly I click the hud and he does just that....I ignore attacking anyone though. After he is done flying for about a min or so he returns to me. When I do attack the ppl with him it is really nice. Blood shows and its messy. Just what I like. I gave it a 4 star due to the fact that when I let him fly I have to rename him. Its no big deal but it is slightly annoying, that's just me and it doesnt effect the product in any way. 4/5 Great price too even if you got it while Half off or full price. Thanks so much for my new pet in SL.
