This rental box system is designed and engineered specifically for sim owners and landlords, but works great in other applications as well. The system is easy to setup and use, and includes several custom options that can be easily applied globally and individually.
The Server Panel supports displays for up to 16 Rental Boxes. The Rental Boxes communicate to the server to report rental information, status and changes. The Server can send updates back to the Boxes as well from a central location.
Communication options allow for in-world messaging to the owner and a manager, as well as optional email for external communication regarding Rental Box status changes. A Daily Report is also available for delivery as an option.
The server panel can be updated to display a Full Sim from a Top Down view by default, and each panel can be customized to create the view desired as well. The Floating Text on the Boxes and Server can be customized as well.
A sample Rental Box is included, but you can use any prim you like as a Rental Box with the system. Just drop the Rental Box scripts in your own box. Options on the box menu can allow the renter to change the size, visibility and floating Text options on the box. These are overridden when the tenant is delinquent
Bulk Update scripts are provided to make updating the Rental Boxes easier. Sample textures and templates are also provided with Full Permission. The scripts are all copy permission only, and the Server is Copy Modify permission
