This rustic wooden beach house is only 52 land impact.
The house itself is 21x7 while with the balconies, it is 24x11. It has 1 bedroom and an open concept living/dining/kitchen.
This house has no doors and no scripts were used. The house is unfurnished. The furnitures I used are from Bazar. I have also added the optional landscaping and island(additional 26LI). The house and plants are copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh.
I have made 2 rezzer boxes, one with the plants and one without.
