The ghost containment unit Door and lever are not linked to the Base. When moving the ghost containment unit or putting back into inventory be sure to hotlink so that they move together.

How to hotlink?
In edit mode click on a door...then hit SHIFT and select the other lever...while still holding down SHIFT select the base. You will see them all highlighted...you are now hotlinked. Either move with your position arrows or Take to put into inventory.
