I have always loved Egozy textures, they are stunning! However, if you have any issues, and I do mean any problems, she will do her BEST to help you out! This is only ONE of the reasons I love shopping with her! The other... her products for your avatar ROCK! The skin and makeup is amazing!

I first want to say, wow! Thank you Nicole Button for this amazing skin and makeup. It's absolutely beautiful. You've made me feel like a complete model! Secondly, thank you for putting up with my constant/never ending questions via IM. Hahaha.....
At first I had a few issues with the product's application; though the errors were on my end. Be sure to purchase the Omega System Kit for LOGO from Omega System for this product to work. Also, make sure you are wearing the Omega Default items in the Alex LOGO head file. Once you've put it on, you'll see a white head. At this point, you'll need to apply the Tan skin and makeup and ta-da! Don't forget the appliers or classic avi skin to match your body with your new head. This was somewhat explained on the notecard, but I am new, so I didn't quite understand it until Nicole went through it with me.
Nicole gave exceptional customer service as well as an amazing product! She had even sent me the avatar shape she used to take the picture for this product, as a gesture of help. If you have any issues with the product, don't go straight to writing a bad review, make sure you speak to the creator and ask questions if you are totally and completely stuck. (:
Also, the skin is absolutely brilliant and the makeup is phenomenal. There is an eye shadow and lipstick for every look!
