...because nowhere in the description for this item does it state whether it is a prim or tattoo item. I mistakenly assumed it was prim, simply because most of the other facial hair items I have purchased are, so that part is my fault. I simply shouldn't have purchased this item since the vendor didn't feel it was important enough to include details which are sort of important on a common sense level. Maybe I shouldn't complain because the item is so cheap, but it did cost me money nevertheless and a vendor should ALWAYS state whether an item is tattoo/clothing layer, prim or mesh. Always.
