Emily Farmhouse is a double-storey white house with large windows and spacious rooms.
It has separate living, dining and kitchen. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
It is 74 land impact with a 16x18 base area. I have included a rezzer for easier positioning.
I have also included a stable for this house. It is 20land impact. It is optional. If you use the Emily Farmhouse w Stable Rezzer, the house and stable has a 30x23 base area and will fit a square 1024 parcel.
Some scripts are no mod.
Emily Farmhouse is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. It is UNFURNISHED.
