Time & Attendance System - OWNER INSTRUCTIONS

You can define 2 methods of payment to your staff(by toggling the "METHOD" button on the menu):
1. each time enough minutes worked have been accumulated to entitle to a payment
2. only at CHECK OUT

When first using the system, you will be asked for Debit Permissions. You MUST grant these otherwise, the system will not work.
Choosing "DEFAULTS" on the menu's will cause the system to reste to default values and ask for Debit Permissions again.

Once the permissions have been granted, touching the system will show a menu where you can change following settings:

METHOD : toggles the Payment Method (see above). When changed while Staff is working, the system will take care of the change and the Staff will be notified the method was changed.
CREDITS : toggles whether unpaid credits are retained to be accumulated in a next working period or not.

For below settings, the system will ask you to enter in the chat line values:
SET STAFF : full name of the Staff person (capitalization is not important, but spelling must be correct)
SET RATE : payment rate as a number. Example entering "10" (without quotes)
SET RATE : working time (in minutes) to entitle to a payment as a number. Example enter "60" (without quotes)
SET RANGE : range (in meters) within which the staff has to remain, otherwise an automatic CHECK OUT occurs (0 = no scans; otherwise max 96m)
SET FREQ. : interval (in seconds) between scans to determine if Staff is within defined RANGE.
(setting the interval not too low is recommended for reason of Sim lag and also for cases of Staff crashing, but coming back quickly)

Other options in the owner Menu's:
SETTINGS
STATS
will give you the same information as is given to the staff when choosen.

Remark: when not choosing a n option on the menu, it is always better to click on the "OK" button instead of the standard "Ignore" button
