No straps
I just purchased the shoes. Opening the HUD.. it gives me the option for the heel, footbed, back, bottom and metal. But nothing for the straps. Also I have Belleza feet and the top strap is in my skin. Otherwise love the look of the shoe, if I can it those problems fixed.

Was contacted by creator after first review and given new heel, the hud is working now, though the hud is slow so just be patient with the color changes, love the look of the heel, perfect for many different outfits
