I used this to test a geek friend and he got every one correct and impressed the heck out of me.
Just wear it as a HUD and touch it to chose the language you want and then type /5 before whatever you want to say. Very easy to use and a lot of fun. My personal favorite is "flipped," not a nerd language but it makes everything you type appear upside down.
