the moving texture looks weird while...well...moving. So you can use it to add some movement to a tall grass but on its own it's not all that impressive.

Exactly what I was looking for!
I needed an aetherial-looking creature that would hint at a time tear in an RP region--this is perfect! (To the creator--sorry some of the other folks who bought it couldn't read--I love it!)
