As noted in the reviews, this is a 2-D Targa texture on a simple prim...I'm really not sure what else anyone could be expecting. It'd be kind of a waste of effort to make a sculpty or a mesh and reduce it to the appearance of two dimensions by making it full bright. (And, I could've sworn I altered the listing to say this months and months ago.)
You can own the same Evil Alicorn Amulet that got Trixie into so much trouble!
Just don't feed it after midnight--

Not terribly happy, the pictures don't show whether or not it's 3D, and description didn't state anything. Took a risk with 45L, and it's literally just a vector on a flat prim. Ah well.
