Operating it is easy, wear the item and exercise hud will show up on your top left side corner of your screen, click on it and select animation to perform, click stop to stop the animation or ignore to close the dialog box.

Are they the greatest, smoothest and "close to real life" animations ever made? No.
Are they worth spending L$25 on? Absolutely!!
I've spent a lot more on anims and HUDS to play them on in the past, this works just as well (if not better) than other far more expensively priced items.
If you want your avi to do a bit of exercising be it for RP or just plain showing off to attract a mate in the gym or on a beach... ;) you seriously cannot go wrong paying 25 L$ on this little gem.
It's handy to have all these exercises in one HUD. The animations ain't the smoothest I ever saw, but they get the job done. They were made manually, not motion captured, but I've seen worse. The script works like a charm, & it actually stops the animations when you want it to, unlike a lot of scripts for objects that take controls. Fair price, no bugs.
