A lovely house with a unique design. Weighing in with a spectacular Land impact of only 21 this is surely an attractive proposition for the prim-conscious Second Lifer, The house fits a 512m plot having a footprint of 30m X 12.5m. Two large rooms and a covered porch area are included. a WORKING FIREPLACE IS INCLUDED. There are also wall shelves in the two rooms. The doors are self-closing. The house is of course COPY/MOD. I do hope you enjoy this house. I use it myself in SL.
