Eye & Ankle Lock (priority 6)

Anklelock that fixes the broken ankle syndrome.
update: a separate eyeLock animation is included as well now.

Surprisingly most ankle locks I could find are only priority 4.
This caused problems since other animations of the same priority would still show the ankle as broken.

To further ensure that the lock stays active, the script refreshes the animation every minute.

And it's free, because honestly an ankle lock is really simple to make.
All I ask is that it's kept full perm and don't sell it.
You are free to use it in your own products, but again keep it full perm when you do.
