The optional collision door mat is a basic prim. All other parts of this build are original mesh, and made by me! :)

The shadows and lighting seen inside the space are baked into the textures. Normal and specular maps are used on the wood floor, (advanced lighting set in your viewer is required to see map effects.) The images have not been altered except to resize and add text for ad photos.

There are two versions of this store. The lighting and interiors are the same for both, but the door is on different sides of the facade. This allows you to have doors meet up next to one another when placing two side by side, or on opposite sides if you choose.

The build was created as a small commercial space, but could easily be used as a small garden or beach house, craft room, or guest space, (you might consider adding drapes or tinting the outside face of the glass for privacy.)

The entire build is 7Li, but if you remove the optional door collision mat, the Li will drop to 6. The door can still be opened and closed without the mat, but will require being clicked first. The door's scripts are no mod, and there is a notecard inside the door that can be altered to control who can enter the space.

You are free to tint the walls as you see fit, but there is no guarantee doing so will look realistic. The interior and exterior walls are different faces, and each wall, (back/left/right/front) are different meshes, so each part can be altered separately if needed.

You are also free to enlarge or shrink the space, but doing so will likely alter the Li. The door script should continue to work even with size changes, so long as the entire piece is enlarged as one linked mesh.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to send me an IM. Thanks! :)
