Ezzie St. is an up and coming neighborhood in Second Life which focuses of live music, a cool sense of community, and most of all a fun time!! We host musical entertainment, awesome and unique shops, and a variety of tenants which are some of the coolest kids in SL. Whether it's impromptu street dance parties, sitting on old couches around a bonfire in the street, or suprise drop ins from some of SL's best musicians we are always having a blast with new and old friends!!! *The Apartment rental includes a 1 floor apartment with interior corridor and front windows which look out onto Gypsy Lane and the Harbor.

Apartments on Ezzie St.- L$350/week; 50 prims
*The Apartment rental includes a 1 floor apartment with balcony over looking the block and the Harbor.

Penthouses on Ezzie St. (top floor of each of the 2 buildings)- $450L/week; 50 prims
*The Penthouse rental includes a two floor penthouse as well as a balcony with a top shelf, prime view of the Harbor and the block. The 2nd floor is made entirely of 1 way glass for fantastic views!!

Town Houses w small community park in front- L$500/week; 70 Prims
*The townhouse rental includes all 3 floors of the home including a balcony on the 2nd floor which has amazing views of the streets and the Harbor. !

**All Apts, Penthouses, and Town Homes are available furnished or un furnished. You may even pick and chooses what you would like to stay and go.

Keep in mind when you rent a home in Ezzie St. you not only are renting a place of your own but also the use of all community spaces including the Townhouse Park, the Gypsy Lane Park, use of The Dock, roof top hot tub/chill spot, and shopping opportunities!! You can even access the dance balls above the street from your balcony or roof top for a romantic or party experience!!
