Rich Velvet Valances are very low prim and a perfect solution for window treatments without using a lot of prims. Collection contains 6 colors, touch menu for texture change. Also included is a color coordinated privacy shade. Each piece just 1 LI at a generous size. Resizing to very large sizes may cause LI to increase.
Resizing is easy using SL building tools.

Shade has open and close postions via touch resizer.
