This cloak is Bento enabled - meaning it actually animates when using the included animator to flow gently with the wind while standing or flap behind you as you walk. This also means you need a Bento enabled viewer to use it.
Further to moving how a cloak really should, you can customise this cloak to a high degree with several built in textures and a colour wheel which can be used to colour individual parts of the cloak easily with the included HUD.
You can even apply a sigil or other texture on top of the existing cloak with a transparent layer. To find out how to do all of these things read below.
HOW TO USE THE HUD
------------------------------
The HUD included with this product is intuitive and powerful.
The top section of the HUD allows you to customise the style of the cloak, clicking one of the thumbnails will change the shape of your cloak, you can even hide it entirely.
Once you have selected the style you prefer, move down to the colour options. The cloak comes with eight built in textures, all of which can be tinted using the included colour wheel section of the HUD.
This cloak also allows customisation of individual sections, you can colour the outside, inside or the clasp of the cloak individually.
If you wish to apply a sigil or other design on top of the cloak you can use local chat commands as follows below:
To choose a texture of your choice, right click on the texture in your inventory and select "Copy Asset UUID", then paste it in chat as below.
/100 TextureUUID
You can show or hide the sigil with
/100 off
/100 on
The Sigil shows on face 3 of the cloak, so if you're familiar with the build menu you can use that also.

It was good...then it broke
I bought this last year and it worked for my costume, and now it's all deformed looking and I have no idea why, I did no adjustments to it.
Not quite "Mod" but a nice cape nonetheless
This cloak/cape is listed as being a copy/mod but the mods you can do are fixed in the HUD. That said, it looks great and the animations are pretty much spot on.
So, what would I have wanted? As a "Mod" item that doesn't have a specific body rigging, I would have expected to be able to better position it. Most of them either float above the shoulders or cut into them, but I can't position any of them, despite the Edit menu showing arrows, rotation, and scale adjustment availability.
I would have liked to be able to make it a little wider as well.
Though not something that puts me off, the inside of the cloak (what's closer to your body) is a fair bit darker than the outside. I only mention it because if you're expecting the inside and outside to color to the same as the color picker, it won't. To me, it makes sense that it doesn't but just wanted to give a heads-up.

Got the demo yesterday, tried some sizes, surprisingly the female/child ones fitted me best....despite me being the "normal" SL size over over 6 feet, excellent work, as are fate eyes!
Broken item
Do not buy, have bought this item it is broken where does not fit correct. Have reached out to teh creator with no response.
One of the best cloaks / capes ever!
Fantastic, works with so many bodies, I'll probably end up buying the other one.
