The Winchester / Westminster Linden Home Great Room Terrace add-on is meant to be added to expand the Winchester or Westminster Linden Home in Bellisseria (not the Westminster is the same as the Winchester, but with an open floor layout). This build provides a large great room for additional living space, along with a cozy wrap-around porch and large terrace to take advantage of the views from the other side of the home.
The entire add-on is only 31 LI, so you should have plenty of prims leftover to decorate!
As a BONUS - I have included two alternate versions with lower patio fencing for 36 or 37 LI, depending on the option chosen, for those who want some further privacy on the ground level.
I also have a low prim option that replaces the terrace with an awning, which is only 14 LI! Sold separately below.
This build has an Auto-Placement script, thanks to ac14 Hutson.
This add-on is scripted to allow customization of the exterior walls to match the Linden Home, as well as matching roof textures, and a variety of floor textures.
The interior walls may be tinted in edit mode to match your current walls, or for any color your like.
I have also included full-perm shadow map templates for the floor, walls, and deck in case you want to overlay them with your own textures for further customization (in Photoshop or Gimp).
Doors can be customized for different access levels by menu.
This build is Modify and Copy (except scripts). Textures included are full perm.

JUST AMAZING
I purchased this item and I'm in heaven with it, the customer service is above and beyond excellent. I had problems placing the structure, it wasn't because of the structure, but the creator came in a blink and helped, if you have a Winchester home this is a perfect add on. I rate this five stars plus. :)

There are a shortage of high front balconies for the Linden homes :) As I have something else on the right side of the Winchester, I needed to unlink the great room portion, which was easy -- but the terrace/porch is all 1 link, so can't make any further edits. I wish it was available by itself, but it still looks great!
