This stunning home features a double curved staircase leading to the front porch opening into a two story entry.

To the left and right, you will find a spacious living and dining room, while straight ahead is the beautiful two-story great room complete with floor to ceiling windows and access to the large kitchen.

Via a double sided catwalk overlooking the entrance and great room, you will find three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own private bath.

The downstairs also has a half bath or bonus room/office and access to the gorgeous in-ground pool with animated water.

Beautiful spacious house with many options!

Beautiful large house with plenty of light and lots of space! The light hall with high ceiling and corridor is very inviting and the ideal place for a party.
Because you get modify permission, you can change it to your own wishes: I have used it with and without the pool area, with and without the entrance stairs, and I have replaced some of the smaller windows with large ones. The roof is large enough to build a rooftop garden.
