[FED] Horse Ranch Stable w/ Fencing Set Boxed

This horse stable was inspired from a real life horse stable some where in the United States. It offers 16 horse stalls, bales of hay, large horse drinking bucket, hay/wood covered flooring, horse ranch fencing set, prefab fence (in case you didn't want to put together your own fence) and realistic wood textures that all match. This Horse Ranch Set is great for farms, country residents with large properties, and of course breeders. This stable can also be used as a club!

Inside the box is the horse ranch stable rez-faux. Simply drag it to your land, touch it and select. Rez. You may need to elevate the horse stable in order to see the floor. Position the stable where you want it and click save. There are 14 piece to the horse ranch fencing set. All pieces are not required to build a fence but are there in case you want to get creative :) The fencing is phantom for easy access. The fence is not scripted and doors do not open. For your convenience I have put together 2 pre-fab fences one with flooring and one without for those who just need something simple and fast. Fences are not connected to the stable but they do line up very nicely against the sides of the stable.
