The command word has been tested and verified to work with changing the textures on the hoodie. You just type in local chat /44 next as the INSTRUCTIONS state. This won't work if you try in a NO SCRIPT zone or don't follow the instructions.

problem with /44

when i type /44 in local chat it doesnt change the color of my hoddie please fix
