Never got it to work, but Valekio stood behind the product
I was disappointed because it didn't fit my body's shoulder even after making several modifications. I contacted Valekio and he worked hard to see what the problem was. After several failed attempts, he gave me a gift card for the amount of the purchase. My avi is not an unusual size or shape, but the top kept on cutting into my shoulder and could not be modified.
So in the end...I give Valekio a 5 star customer service rating, but only 1 star for the product...it will not fit all mesh bodies, so be careful. Average score is a 3...Thanks Valekio for your honest work, and I will definitely keep shopping your store.
