Hello and thanks for your interest shown in our "Betta Bowl - Interactive Aquaristics Simulation"!
The Siamese freshwater fighting fish have been domesticated for at least 1,000 years, among the longest of any fish. Bettas are native to Southeast Asia and well known for being highly territorial. Bettas are exceptionally tolerant of low oxygen levels and poor water quality, owing to their special labyrinth organ, that allows for the intake of surface air. Their long history of selective breeding has produced a wide variety of coloration and finnage.
Take care of your own Betta in Second Life now with our high detailed and realistic "Betta Bowl Aquaristics Simulation". If you just want to use this as a nice decoration for your home or office, our Betta Bowl includes an Automode what can do all the fish keeping and maintenance for you. [LETS GET STARTED]
We tried to keep the whole menu and functionalities very intuitive. You will have explanations and descriptions of everything within the menu itself.
1. To get started click the bowl and rez a fish.
2. Within the System-Tab your able to define the timer. We recommend regular. In regular timer mode your Betta needs food every 12 hours and water maintenance within 5 days.
3. On the Main page of the menu you will receive informations about the lifetime, health state of your Betta and the actual quality of your water. So for example you can see if your fish is hungry or ill due to a bad water quality. You will also recognize that by the behavior of your Betta or the look of your water when you get more used to your Betta Bowl.
4. The menu also offers you the possibility to use different types of equipment. All of them will impact the time you need to maintenance your Betta Bowl.
For example:
- When you overfeed your fish your water quality will go bad sooner and you need to do a water change more early.
- When you use a filter pump, activate oxygen and/or use Catappa leaves the time you need to do water changes extends.
- If you don't care well about your Betta by don't feeding him or don't have an eye at the water quality he unfortunately will die.
5. If your fish died, you have to rez a new one and restart the simulation.
6. If anything gets stuck or you need to rotate/move your bowl while a Betta is rezzed, you will need to reset the simulation within the System-Tab.
Have fun!

[MESH INFO]
Mesh is not like prim! Resizing a mesh build could increase the LI. Mesh textures also don't work like prim textures, a mesh usually only uses a couple of faces defined by uv maps, which means you are not able to retexture this product inworld in a suitable way.

Cutest little fish!
I rp a little kid in SL and I love this little fish I named her Patunia, one thing I'd recommend is set up your little fish before you click rezz cause once you rezz your little fish you can't move the bowl. It will disappear and you'll have to start over. I would highly recommend this to any of my friends :D
