[FOPS] Watcher Radar (Full)

This bit of tech is a companion to anyone trying to manage a sim or event, or to find out more information about their surroundings than the ordinary SL radar normally allows!

You can customize what information shows for each person in the display menu, reachable by clicking on the button and holding for 1 second, then clicking "Display". The full list of options are:
Distance
Distance (vertical / up or down from your location)
Scripting Resource info
Group data (Name is colored if you share a group)
Current activity
Time in Sim
Idle Time

Additionally, by clicking on a given name in the list, it will read out the FULL list of their attachments as well as providing a breakdown of which attachments are using how much script time and memory, as well as a more in depth view of their avatar's information.

For advanced users, there is also its API, reachable by clicking on the button and holding for 1 second, then clicking "GET API". You will be given the following options;
Simulator data
Grid data
Agent data
Attachments data
Group data of avatar
Visual Params of avatar
Region data
Parcel data
Environment data (basically windlight settings)
