Gorgeous land parcels to own on either green grass islands or sandy beach islands.

.. Most all parcels are waterfront on one side or more.
.. Buy the land for 1 linden to put the ownership in your name and then pay the weekly rental tier.
.. You remain the owner as long as you are renting.
.. Terraform the land to make hills or ponds, mermaid caves and more!
.. All parcels have basic landscaping which you can keep or return and use your own.

We also have landscaped multi scene sky platforms from 4096sqm up to full sim size starting at just 299/wk. with 300 prims up to 1399/wk with 1500 prims. All the landscaped multi scenes have several different landscapes and picturesque surrounds to choose from and change any time you want.

We also offer a multi scene with not only various landscapes but a variety of houses as well! A generous 500 prim allowance gives you plenty to decorate with and more prims are always available to buy.

Just want a house with or without furniture?

We offer furnished and unfurnished multi scene skyboxes that offer you a variety of choices all in one menu. Unfurnished skyboxes are offered in small, medium and large sizes. Furnished rentals come with high quality furnishings and animations in each of the many options. All interior designs are custom made and not a prefab you can buy elsewhere.

**Each rental (except land on the ground) comes with its own security system for maximum privacy as well as a dance machine with couples and singles dances

** Tenants are able to invite their own guests to the group through their rental box so they can rez and set home.

**Need more prims? Not a problems. Just ask and you can buy more for most all rentals.
