This is an autumnal set which comes with two versions of leaves - plain and with a heart cutout. Heart leaf only available in the fat pack.
This is sold as a set on the marketplace but the poses can also be purchased separately in-world. However, the bonus pose (pictured on the left) is only available in the set.
