Given this pose was made in 2016, and this edited post is 2020, i am going by a quick check of my current shape as of today which looks like this: https://gyazo.com/ef167d092d979e839620866d9f98ca47

This is with LEGACY body and hands! It might differ slightly for other bodies. I recommend body thickness around 10, neck length 45-50, shoulders 50ish, hand size is 0 on legacy, this will be different on different bodies so try what works for you; finally torso length always mid 50, i hope it helps! :)
