1.0 - Introduction
The L-MAC RENTAL SYSTEM v1.00 is a stylish renting alternative, to current solutions on the market. It has high performance, many features, and is very sleek. It is a simple, dialog-based, low-lag, low-spam vendor system. It offers everything from profit sharing, to alerting upon when rent is due.
Personal note: This renter may be my flagship product, and, I hope for it to circulate around the Teen Grid.
2.0 - Setup
The L-MAC RENTAL SYSTEM is command and dialog based, a combination for extreme ease of use, and enhanced visability. To enter commands into the renter, just touch the renter, and it will display a dialog, where you can select different options. From this point, select the Settings mode option. Your renter will then enter the mode where you can enter chat commands. You can have as many of these commands on a single line, as you can fit, separated by '|'.
Commands -
'name SPOTNAME' - Sets the name of the renter to SPOTNAME.
'maxprims 10' - Sets the maximum amount of allowed prims to 10 prims.
'mintime 1' - Sets the minimum amount of weeks allowed to 1 week.
'maxtime 8' - Sets the maximum amount of weeks allowed to 8 weeks.
'price 20' - Sets the price per week to L$20
'rules No Spamming' - Sets the rules for the spot to No Spamming.
'group ' - Sets the group to nothing.
'group My Group' - Sets the required group to My Group.
'split 50' - Splits 50 percent of the profit taken in to the first person that touches it.
'evict' - Evicts the current renter, if one.
'daysleft 4' - Sets the number of days left to 4, if this space is occupied.
'alert on' - Sets the rental/owner alerts on.
'alert off' - Sets the rental/owner alerts off.
The L-MAC RENTAL SYSTEM offers a powered-off mode, so nobody can rent from the renter. To enable and disable this, just press "Power off" in the menu while the renter is in Available mode, to turn it off. Just press "Power On" from the menu when powered off, to turn on.

Wish I could give this zero stars
a waste of a buck, it does not work whatsoever!!!!!
Misleading Ad, it's NOT Modifiable
It's nice that the seller gives his product 5 stars, but the ad said it's MOD, and it is not mod. Misrepresentation is not good, especially with a product like this that starts out life asking for your money. I may be erring on the side of caution, but I'm deleting it.
