The Bubble of Protection (Orion Nebula) is a therapeutic tool to help you deal with mild anxiety attacks that may not be as severe as feelings of outright fear, exposure, vulnerability, or dread. Wear it, and it encloses your avatar in an semi-transparent sphere that partially shields you from the world around you. It's amazing how much calmer this can make you feel.

I created this therapeutic tool during a difficult time when I was coping with intensive treatment for PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder). It really helped me to create a sense of calm and safety in spite of my circumstances. I hope that it will help you too, in any kind of stressful or fearful situations.

Remember that anxiety episodes do pass. You just need to care for yourself as best as you can, physically and mentally, until it does. This means making sure that you are physically in snug or soothing surroundings, and that you are not mentally beating yourself up for what you are feeling. The Bubble of Protection can help you until the anxiety subsides. Use it as long or as often as you need it.

I used to put the bubble on and then fly up in the sky, where no one would notice me or bother me, until I felt better. Meanwhile, I would imagine that I was able to push my distressing feelings outward from myself, to the outside of my bubble, where they would no longer affect me as much. This helped me a lot to feel more calm, safe, comforted, and grounded.
