Wunderlich's "Duchess" Series
The "Victory" Gown
Rococo zone-front jacket gown with apron
c. 1790 - Inspired by a gown from the Kyoto Costume Institute,
style also worn by Georgiana Cavendish, Duchess of Devonshire and other fashionnable Ladies from that period
Painstakingly textured to match the extant gown
This is a simple version of my regular 'Victory' dress. Unlike the regular dress (which also comes in several colors!), it is missing the flexi attachments and just consists of a system skirt, shoes, glitch pants and bodice. See it as some kind of demo for my regular version's texturing (in case you're unsure if my dresses really look like the promo images...), or just as a freebie if you'd like to try a rococo gown for the first time.
Please see my store here for the regular version in more colors and also a fat pack including all colors, or just visit my inworld store here for not just more colors of this gown (which can be found in the Rococo department upstairs) but also for a greater range of historical costumes, hair and skins:

yes it is a system skirt... but it still looks good
Fabulous detail. Visit her shop, you will be AMAZED at what she creates and stunned by the reasonable prices for such detailed work. (Be sure to check both shops 'cause she has wonderful modern stuff too. I can't live without her belts!)
It's hard to believe what this gown does strictly with textures - it puts some prim gowns to shame. I'd love to see more of the maker's work, particularly the full gown with attachments. I'll have to make a point of going shopping there one day soon. Thanks for the sample - it has indeed whetted my appetite!
