I really liked this product at first. Before purchasing, I asked the creator if there was a demo available. They told me they do not provide demos because demos can be stolen using bot programs, and that their work is already tested and of good quality. Based on this statement, I purchased the product without trying a demo.
After purchasing, I noticed clear rigging issues in the chest area. I recorded a video and explained that this was exactly why I had asked for a demo, and that if a demo had been available, I would have noticed these issues beforehand and avoided wasting my money.
Instead of saying they would fix the issue, the creator gave me a rather arrogant response, telling me to either find a rigger myself or that they could “guide” me in that direction.
For this reason, anyone considering purchasing from this store should do so knowing the following:
After buying these products, you will need to re-rig them yourself. The creator does not provide fixes or updates. If you do not know how to use Blender or cannot deal with rigging, you should absolutely avoid purchasing these products.
