The system eyelashes make a mess of your prim lashes made of a partly transparent texture. The scum of system lashes remains on eyelids even if the length is 0.
Use this alpha mask together with the prim lashes whether FTL’s or others! It hides the scum of system lashes completely.

FYI, to wear more than one alpha mask, right-click the item then select "Add" instead of "Wear". This way, you can wear the alpha mask for your footwear along with this.
