A brand new beach grotto in the hi-poly line, featuring great detail and high resolution textures.

This is a large mesh beach grotto and cave on an island. It has a smaller area for a nice small hut or so as well as a small grotto you can walk into and set stuff up in.

There are some lush palm trees also on the island.
