This mesh building is a victim of urban decay and it's completely decrepit. It's from the ghetto, the insides are dirty, rusted, and falling apart. There is graffiti all over it.

The McKinley Mesh Building is perfect for your ghetto city, it's fully featured with an exterior and interior, using materials (make sure Advanced Lighting Model is enabled), and low land impact.

There's a loft you can warp to via the ladder and a touch script.

The building is roughly 25m x 30m and 74 land impact
