This is an urban, destroyed, mesh building shell. YOU CAN NOT GO INSIDE OF IT. It's designed to allow you to rapidly build a semi-custom area. If you are an astute builder, you can build the inside of this building yourself.

This building is meant for destroyed urban decay environments and cities. Think of a place where riots have gone and the city has fallen apart.

This is just a shell, hence the discount price.

The mesh urban building is a hybrid bake and material build. Meaning the textures "move" and have nice shininess and bump to them depending on in world lights.
