An echo from the era of Industrial Revolution - Fabbrica reproduces that nostalgic feeling of an age when industrial buildings were considered works of art. At Ex Machina we reproduce and capture the spirit of that glorious age. Fabbrica is our manifesto - made of bricks, iron, copper and steam!
This building was carefully created using techniques to keep the prim count (Land Impact) as low as possible while maintaining the best LOD (Level of Detail) available. Even at settings for medium and low Mesh detail, the building will not generate fundamental distortions.
All of the textures are original and baked to create the best atmosphere possible with the various sun and sky settings in SL.
The interior of the factory has a set of lights that can be turned off with a simple switch located on a pillar near the entrance.
The building includes a script for resizing, so that you can adjust the size of the entire building down or up as you desire. Note that resizing will change the LI accordingly. We strongly suggest that you first make a copy before resizing, and use the menu-option to delete the script after you have finished resizing.

Excellent realistic product
Used with the Soho set and Chelsea building to give a realistic setting for my early 20th century street scenes. A sure fire 5 star winner!. Low prim count and excellent detailing.
