Face Pose HUD
****************************************

This HUD will enable you to pose/animate your mesh/bento head.

You can move lips, tongue, eyes, eyelids, brows, open mouth and cheeks.

By combining the poses, you can create different expressions from goofy, happy, silly, sad, erotic, naughty, drunk, insecure and what ever you can think of.

You can use it for photo-taking, role-play or just for creating an expression or feeling on your face.

If you wish something that is not in here, you are welcome to contact me.

1. How to use the HUD:
Add the HUD. It will attach on your screen at the right side.
You can move the HUD as needed or attach to other areas of your screen.

2. To activate face pose:
Click any of the white circles or eyes to animate that part of your face.
There is 22 areas (see the 12 columns at the top and 10 columns further down) to put into a pose. Each area has a top-Icon showing what part of the face it will move. The placement of the Circle, indicates how much and direction your face-part will be moved, so you can quickly find the best position. Even some tweaking often is needed.
By selecting different poses in different columns, you are able to create different expressions like happiness, surprise, love, playfulness and so on.

3. To see what animations are active:
A red circle will show you what animations are active on each area.

4. To stop:
Click the active (red circle) to stop the animation.
You can also click "Stop All" or detach the HUD to stop all poses.

Trouble shooting:
****************************************
- The HUD works with Mesh heads, except the eyes works with all avatars.

- Your Mesh head needs to have animations enabled. (Some basic heads does not have animations activated).

- If a pose wont work, or wont stop, then try clicking menu > Avatar > Avatar health > Stop Avatar Animation & Revoke Permissions.
or
menu > Avatar > Avatar health > Undeform Avatar.
Click the HUD again.
If the animation still does not play or wont stop, then please contact seller.

- Sometimes a Mesh Head HUD's animation cycles will override a pose. For example "talking" animations. If, then re-click the pose in the FACE Pose HUD and it will again override any other pose running. You can also temporary disable your HEAD HUD's animations if you want full control over your face pose.

NOTE:
If you have turned off the MESH head's animations, it can seems like the HUD's animations wont stop again.
It should be fixed soon, but until then, you can:
- Start/stop a fairly neutral animation from the HUD
- Firestorm Menu: Avatar > Avatar health > Undeform Avatar

Contact seller if you experience other issues.
Thank you in advance. :-)

As it says, fully functional edits over each little bone

Tried it recently on evox prim head and zo head, and it works a charm, if not a little bit tedious. As others have said, ability to save presets would be fantastic.

Does what it says.

I was hesitant to buy this without a demo, but as the other reviews have said, this DOES give you almost complete control over your face articulations without deforming your face like some other huds do.

The downside is: you can't save presets. So you have to manually create your expression every time. This is great for things like photoshoots, not as fluent for something like a live RP scene.

If you have a good size monitor, it's not hard to just keep it attached to your screen, but I can see how it becomes a problem on smaller screens.

My suggestions would be:

For photoshoots, YES!

For live conversations: SOMETIMES! But better to also have an AO for most common gestures, like a smile or an open mouth (you know, for those moments when your friend want to put a *thing* in your mouth).
