The Makarov PMM is little more than a modernized and improved version of the Russian Makarov PM pistol. It is double action, light weight, relatively compact, and holds four more rounds in the magazine than the standard PM. It was developed in 1990 specifically to fire a more powerful-load cartridge of 9 x18mm Russian though it can also cycle regular loads of this caliber. Another difference in the PMM is that it has larger grips and a thicker frame; most likely to accept the new double stacked higher capacity magazine. Civilian versions were manufactured for sale as well and are the exact same pistol except they come with an adjustable rear sight for better accuracy. Currently other than various government forces within Russia, it is unclear who uses the PMM model Makarov, though the older Makarov PM has been used in virtually every communist nation since it's adoption by the Soviet Union; including but not limited to: Afghanistan, Albania, Angola, Armenia, Belarus, China, Cuba, East Germany, Estonia, Ethiopia, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Laos, Latvia, Malta, Mongolia, North Korea, Poland, Syria, Soviet Union, Ukraine, etc.

*Note: This feature's just for fun basically. It will throw your gun on the ground and detach it from your avatar. You'll need to go back into your inventory and reattach the gun after doing this if you want to use it again.

Melee: press a and d or left and right
*Note: this must be done very quickly, both keys pressed at the same time, effective range for melee is approximately 3 meters.

Firing: To fire the gun, simply enter mouse view mode and left mouse click. Holding down in automatic will fire until the left mouse button is released, semi automatic will fire once per mouse click.
