Great Service and Empathy
I had purchased this item when SL had some 'issues' that took it down from anyone logging in world for awhile. Ultimately, I had thought the fire had been put out, but when I attempted to rez this beauty next to the memorial that I had put together for a long lost friend, I found that it 'poofed' from my inventory. Not only was the store owner sympathetic my needs on this, but she provided me with another copy. The customer service was caring and quick... I couldn't ask for more, nor do I hope I need to buy another one of these any time soon.... RIP Saphire.
