The Family Decorated Christmas Tree is an RFL of SL Christmas Expo creation, made from the many pieces available in the Dragonsworn full perm store.
In total.... it is 44 Land impact, no matter how small or how large (I tested it as bigger than a house).
It has 88 pieces and is completely modify and copy. This is no transfer.
